Customer Service: Orders

Did you know that you can track your personal orders, customer orders and downline orders through your back office? Simply log in to your back office and click on the shopping cart at the top of the page. Then select “Orders” and then choose “Personal order,” “Customer order” or “Downline orders.” To check the status of the order, all you will have to do is choose “View Details”. You can then track the order by clicking on the tracking number or by pressing the “track order” button.
