LifeWave Provides Earthquake Relief in Nepal

Just over two weeks after more than 8,000 died in a 7.8 earthquake, Nepal got hit hard again with a powerful 7.3 aftershock, leaving dozens more dead and more than 1,000 injured. In response to this humanitarian crisis, LifeWave Member Jeff Mamora reached out to David Schmidt for support. Jeff’s childhood friend of over 20 years, a registered nurse specializing in wound care, is joining a small group of medical professionals travelling to Nepal to aid victims.

The 16-member team consists primarily of medical professionals, including doctors and registered nurses. Native Nepali, Hem Rai, who now resides in the San Diego area, is leading the trip. LifeWave is providing IceWave and Y-Age Glutathione patches—along with brochures, protocols and a training video—to help the team in their relief efforts.

On behalf of everyone in the LifeWave community, we’d like to thank this team for committing their time and resources to this important cause.
