‘When I was a child I injured my right knee in a bicycle accident that required several cortisone injections and took years to fully heal.

Later in my life I cracked my kneecap from top to bottom right up the center. Before it fully healed I jumped off a retaining wall and cracked it again. My knee was in pain when I ran on a treadmill, so I bought an elliptical machine, but my knee was still in pain.
