Exciting Changes to LifeWave Comp Plan

Dear LifeWave Family:

Exciting times are here for LifeWave! We’ve been working hard over this past year on several big projects, which will soon be available to our Members.

Today I want to discuss a significant change to our compensation plan, specifically regarding the Wave Bonus. After much discussion and analysis, we have decided to discontinue this bonus and replace it with a simpler, more effective one. This change, which we feel is in the best interest of the entire LifeWave community, will take place October 3, 2016. This means the “commission week” that starts on October 3 US time will no longer reflect Wave Bonuses, but will instead reflect the new replacement bonus plan.

What’s exciting is that we’re now re-directing the Wave Bonus funding into our Product Introduction Bonus (PIB). As you know, the Wave Bonus was only available with the sale of Platinum or Diamond Enrollment kits, so we’ll now include those funds in a very creative and exciting way.

Here’s how it works:

If you sponsor a Platinum or Diamond enrollment, you’ll receive the PIB. This bonus may be shared upline from the Sponsor (you), depending on your rank.

In both cases, the maximum PIB is paid out, with the Sponsor receiving some or all of it. If the Sponsor doesn’t qualify for all of the PIB, the balance rolls upline to the next Active and Qualified Member by rank, according to these two tables, until it’s all paid.

Let’s look at several examples:

  1. A Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Member Sponsors a new Diamond Member
    1. That Sponsor receives $200 of the total $500 Diamond PIB
    2. An additional $100 rolls up to the first Active Manager upline from the Sponsor
    3. An additional $100 rolls up to the first Active Director upline from the Manager
    4. An additional $100 rolls up to the first Active Sr. Director (or above) above that Director
  2. A Director sponsors a new Diamond member
    1. That Sponsor receives $400 of the $500 PIB
    2. An additional $100 rolls up to the first Active Sr. Director (or above) upline from the Sponsor
  3. A Diamond, who was enrolled within the previous 14 weeks, sponsors a new Diamond Member
    1. That Sponsor receives all $500 of the Diamond PIB
  4. A Senior Director or above sponsors a new Diamond
    1. That Sponsor receives all $500 of the Diamond PIB

As you can see, these PIBs are designed to provide an incentive to build in depth. We know this will accomplish the objective of simplifying the plan, and helping our Members build big!
