Customer Service Update: Latest Release of Pay Portal

Released on February 19, the upgraded Pay Portal provides enhanced functionality and miscellaneous bug fixes. Among the upgrades, we’ve simplified our account authentication process, making it easier to log in, while maintaining complete account holder security.

Other Enhancements Include:

  • Auto-unlock of an account after 10-15 minutes
  • Improvement in temporary passwords by eliminating confusing characters
  • Enhanced notifications that provide information at the final login attempt
