Customer Service Reminders: Activating Your Pay Portal Account

Once you’ve submitted a legible copy of your photo ID to, your LifeWave Pay Portal account is set up within five to seven business days. You should receive an email containing an activation link.

If for some reason you don’t receive an email, you can still activate the account by visiting Simply click the ACTIVATE ACCOUNT button and then choose Email from the drop down box. Enter the email address associated with your LifeWave account, click Continue and follow the prompts to complete your account activation.
