If you’re unhappy with a product, we offer a full refund (excluding shipping fees), as long as we receive the refund request within 30 days of the original ship date. In addition, all packages must be returned to LifeWave.
Only products that are currently marketable for a one-year period may be returned. In this case, you receive a 90 percent refund on all items that are returned unopened, undamaged and have a remaining expiration date of at least four months.
