Dear LifeWave Family:
The time is finally here! LifeWave will unveil its brand new system—including your new Back Office and Shopping Cart—on late Monday, October 3! We’ve waited a long time for this, and spent an incredible amount of time and energy making sure it’s exactly right, and we’re just about there. I’d like to give you a brief description of how this will all happen:
|October 2||9:00 PM PT||LifeWave runs commissions for week ending September 25|
|October 2||10:00 PM PT||LifeWave Back Office shuts down for approximately 12 hours|
|October 2||10:00 PM PT||Final data migration from current system to new system begins|
|October 3||3:00 PM PT||LifeWave system goes live|
|October 3||All day||System provider and all Customer Service Reps & management are in office to handle all issues and questions|
|Oct 3 – Oct 7||All week||System provider experts plus LifeWave Customer Service all on duty extra hours to resolve any issues|
|October 10||9:00 PM PT||Commissions will run on old system for the last time for week ending October 2|
This is the high-level plan. Of course there are lots of details still being worked out, but for LifeWave Members the experience will be as painless as possible. And when we go live later on October 3, we’ll have the system we’ve always wanted!
We ask that you help our efforts, by being patient during this process. Also, please login to your new Back Office as soon as we go live, to confirm the information in your personal profile is accurate. Look for updates on our progress, and we’ll do the best we can to keep you informed!
