We’re pleased to announce that the U.S. home office is moving to new corporate headquarters, effective the weekend of May 13 – 15. Our lovely new home is pictured below, and we will send more pictures after we move in and get settled!

There Will Be Minor Interruptions During the Move
Please make a note of the following items, so you and your teams can adjust accordingly:

  • On Friday, May 13, our email will be down for approximately 8 hours (9 a.m. PDT – 5 p.m. PDT), as we move our technology center (affects both U.S. and EU operations)
  • We will ship orders through Thursday, May 12. Order fulfillment will be closed on Friday, May 13, and will reopen Monday, May 16 (affects only U.S. operations)
  • Customer Service will be open until 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, but will be closed after that and all day Friday, May 13. We will reopen on Monday, May 16 (affects only U.S. operations).
  • All other functions of the company will continue to be operational, including the LifeWave corporate website and Back Office.

We are all very excited about this move, as it is a clear sign of positive growth for LifeWave, and we certainly appreciate your patience. Sometime soon after the move we will be placing LifeWave logo signs in three places on and in front of our new home—you will be very proud!
