Hello LifeWave Members! I’m Loren Castronovo, the new Chief Marketing Officer. I’d like to take this opportunity to share a little about my background and how it led me to this amazing global community.
Originally from New York, I began my career in New York City, where I held marketing and product development positions for companies like Chanel and Estee Lauder. I later took a pivotal job with Mary Kay, which really solidified my love for the direct selling industry. For more than 20 years, I’ve been committed to working with direct selling companies and helping people build the businesses and lives they imagine.
My journey has included retail, consumer goods and direct selling, with experience in business development, strategic planning, change leadership, innovation, product development, product marketing, team development, and celebrity and brand partnership.
Along the way, I’ve learned that profits are directly related to creating great brand experiences across multiple touch points. Of course, this takes visionary leadership and a highly engaged supporting team; a collective effort that delivers on brand promises, so people everywhere fall in love with our products, services and community. And that’s what really attracted to me to LifeWave. It’s rare to see a confluence of product ingenuity, forward-thinking leadership and global appeal all in one company.
As you can imagine, we have a number of initiatives slated for 2015, all of which aim to increase sales through stronger engagement with our Members. I’m really looking forward to working with you, and providing you with powerful business-building support in the field. Together, we can capitalize on the attributes that make LifeWave the worldwide success it is today.
