LifeWave has a long-standing relationship with the Purple Heart Veterans of Florida, Inc., a subsidiary of the Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH). In keeping with our commitment to this honorable organization, we recently hosted a special benefit, saluting those who’ve sacrificed so much to serve their country.

The event took place on Saturday, February 21 and featured esteemed guest speaker and Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient, Col. Jack Jacobs. LifeWave Member and Ambassador for the Purple Heart Veterans of Florida, Thomas Burke, was a chairman of this second annual event and was thrilled to have a guest speaker of this stature. “Col. Jacobs was awesome,” said Burke. “It was an honor and a privilege to host him.” Over 75 people were in attendance, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting all veterans and their families.

“LifeWave honors those brave men and women of the armed services who defend the United States, and often with their lives,” says David Schmidt. “This is one of the most important parts of our mission as a company.”
