Customer Service: Return Merchandise Authorization

We hope you never find it necessary to return one of our amazing LifeWave products, but if you do, please be sure to take the following steps:

— Contact LifeWave Customer Service and obtain an RMA #. (Return Merchandise Authorization) Be sure to include the RMA # on the outside of the package.

— If you have the invoice, please include it in the return package as well. Return the item to the respective fulfillment center and allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.
