The changing of sponsors and placements is generally not allowed. If you feel you have a request that warrants consideration, please fill out the appropriate form and submit it to Customer Service for review. The forms for changing a sponsor or moving a downline member can be located in your Back Office under the “Resources” tab. For more information on moves and sponsorship changes, please refer to Policy 5.4 located in the “Member Policies” link located at www.lifewave.com/policies.asp.
