According to Network Marketing Pro, Eric Worre, it all starts with understanding your motivation when it comes to establishing goals. In other words, why are you pursuing them in the first place? If it’s all about what you want and what you need, it may be time to look outside of yourself.
There are two main aspirations that Worre finds especially motivating, both of which help others achieve their goals: growth and contribution. That can start with becoming a true ambassador of your products, so they’re not just something you sell, but that you truly embody. In turn, you can develop and share your personal story with others in a relatable way; this ability to connect is the essence of effective network marketing.
According to Worre: “When you set goals based upon just you, it’s a bit empty and the motivation starts to waiver throughout the year. When I’m growing, I’m happy. When I’m contributing to somebody else’s life in any kind of positive way, I’m happy. So not only is it helping me, but it’s helping others. I’m getting better. I’m getting stronger.”
