What’s Changing: When you’re approaching a funds transfer limit from your account, you’ll be prompted to verify your personal information. Or in some cases, you may be asked to submit identity documentation. But you’ll be glad to know that Hyperwallet’s new, easy-to-use upload tool walks you through this process.

What You Can Expect:

  • In most cases, you’ll only need to confirm your personal email and address.
  • In select cases, you may need to enter your government ID number or submit a scanned image of your identification documentation.
  • If you need further support, you’ll have full access to Hyperwallet’s live customer service.
