Our Customer Service Team would like to share the following tip with you all about updating information in your Autoship profile.
When you add any new information to your LifeWave profile please remember to update your Autoship profile also.
For example, if you change your phone number in your LifeWave profile in “Change setting” you also need to change it in your Autoship profile in “Autoship orders”.

It’s been brought to our attention that many of our Members forward the Splash Newsletter email, which can result in subscription issues for senders. For instance, if you forward the Splash email to a recipient that clicks “unsubscribe” your account is automatically unsubscribed. This means you will no longer receive the Splash Newsletter until you subscribe again.
Not to Worry, we have an easy solution! Instead of forwarding the email, simply direct people to sign up for the Newsletter themselves. Just share the following link with members to sign up to receive the LifeWave newsletter https://lifewavesplash.com/?page_id=3148 or contact firstname.lastname@example.org

We are very happy to update you on the progress we are making on compressing the positions that have been inactive for over a year.
We began the process in August and we anticipate it will take until the end of Q1 2018 to complete. Actions will be taken in small steps because we want to ensure that these changes will have no adverse effects on the tree or commissions.
Here is what the compression will do:
- Anyone sponsored by a removed member will now become first level to the direct upline.
- The structure of your tree will remain unchanged.
